Atlanta’s John Marshall’s Professor Jonathan Rapping was recently asked to take part in a discussion on the audio show Criminal (In)Justice with David Harris. The topic of the podcast was the present state of our criminal defense system, particularly indigent defendants needing state-provided support of counsel.
Professor Rapping was asked to get involved since of both his impressive resume and his comprehensive capability in this domain. The discussion fixated the existing underfunding for public defenders.
